On October 19, JCET held its annual “Welcome Home” event for retired employees in celebration of the Chongyang Festival, a traditional Chinese occasion honoring older generations.

This year, more than 100 retired employees returned to JCET for the annual gathering, held at the JCET Microelectronics campus in Jiangyin. Reunited with former colleagues and friends, they toured the modern campus and saw firsthand the remarkable progress JCET has made over the years. They learned about JCET’s global footprint, technological progress and expanding advanced packaging capabilities. Displays highlighting innovations in areas such as 2.5D and 3D packaging offered a closer look at the company’s continued move toward high-value markets, including artificial intelligence and high-performance computing.
The digitally enabled manufacturing environment, upgraded facilities and technology-focused exhibits left a strong impression. One retired employee remarked that the changes extended far beyond the scale and appearance of the campus, with JCET’s technologies now advancing toward the frontiers of the industry.
At a festival reception following the tour, company leaders extended their greetings and expressed appreciation for the dedication and contributions of generations of JCET employees. Retired employee representatives shared memories of their years with the company and spoke about the pride they felt in seeing JCET’s continued progress.
The annual “Welcome Home” event reflects JCET’s longstanding commitment to recognizing the contributions of its retired employees. It also provides an opportunity to maintain close ties with former colleagues and carry forward the company’s shared values and traditions.
